How it works…

Week 1: Opening Ceremony & Agreements 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾
We run through agreements of confidentiality, honesty, acceptance (of self and others), ownership (own your shit) and Sacred. We set the tone for our 10 week journey by prioritizing brotherhood! We overview the program, get our accountability brother, & set our intentions.

Week 2: Why We Turn To Porn ⟁
We get introduced to The Porn-Free Method. The 4 tier pyramid based on meeting our unmet deep seated needs. We discuss how porn tries to fill those gaps and we chart a healthier, more fulfilling way forward for ourselves. We practice dopamine detox/rebalance.

Week 3: Breaking Down The Method > Nervous System Regulation 🧘‍♂️
We dissect porn’s relationship to our nervous system. We understand exactly when and why our dysregulated systems are turning to porn, and we learn how to regulate holistically without outsourcing to porn.

Week 4: Breaking Down The Method > Emotional Resiliency 🌊
We see how porn (like other drugs) makes us feel numb, and how we use porn as a coping mechanism for our emotions. We learn what it means to be emotionally resilient and practice that in real time, so that we can bring that into our daily lives.

Week 5: Breaking Down The Method > Intimate Connection 💗
If porn is pseudo-connection, then what we need is the real thing. We’ll discuss how porn stands in the way of the deep, fulfilling connections that we want, and learn how to lean into the intimacy that we deeply need.

Week 6: Breaking Down The Method > Purpose, Creativity & Values ⚡️
My favorite of all the topics! We dive into what kind of men we want to be. We practice bridging the gap between who we are and who we want to be, and we illuminate how porn prevents us from reaching our fullest potential. We see purpose as a backbone for living porn-free.

Week 7: The Catastrophic Effects of Porn > A Call To Arms ⚔️
We will take a good, honest look at porn’s effects on self and the world. We’ll understand common practices in the porn industry so we not only know what’s happening to us, but we know what we need to stand firmly against. We hold the pain of the world and choose to heal it.

Week 8: Beyond Porn 🧙‍♂️
We discuss what else in our life mirrors our relationship to porn. We apply what we’ve learned to every aspect of our lives and discuss what it really means to be in alignment. We paint a picture of the man we want to become and we commit to his path.

Week 9: Q & A_Integration Preparation 🌿
We get ready to step out of this container and continue walking our path. We discuss fears, intentions, and challenges as we get ready to integrate The Porn-Free Man. Questions are encouraged and so is open discussion.

Week 10: Closing Ceremony 🚀
Our closing ceremony consists of reflection, integration, intention setting, and lots of brotherly Love! We discuss how we can continue connection with each other and how we can access ongoing support. We talk about what’s next for the continued ceremony called Life.
